“Receptionist” is required for “Azeridmanservis” LLC.

Requirements:

• Gender: Male/ Female
  Age limit 18-30 years;
• Fluency in Russian and English
• Ability to work in a team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests in accordance with hotel standards, their reception, accommodation and departure from the hotel;
• Accepting reservations;
• Carry out handover works in turn;
• To ensure the elimination of problems that may arise during the day;
• Respond to incoming calls and inquiries, coordinate with other departments if needed;
• Consideration and resolution of guests’ complaints and suggestions.

Working conditions:

• 5 days a week shift schedule, 2 days off.
• Salary will be determined based on candidate’s knowledge and skills.
• Place of work: near Koroglu m/s, Heydar Aliyev Ave. 115 C (Arena Plaza)

Requirements:

• Having at least 2 years of experience in the field of management and organization of cleaning work;
• Ability to work with a team;
• Manpower management skills;
• Communication skills;
• Having knowledge of chemicals and equipment related to cleaning;
• Ability to work in morning and evening shifts;
• Organization, efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• To organize the cleaning of subordinate areas;
• Ensuring timely and quality cleaning;
• To organize the correct division of work among cleaning workers;
• Supervise cleaning according to the daily, weekly and monthly schedule;
• Control the correct use of chemicals;
• To monitor the correct use of the company’s equipment and machines;
• To ensure the safety of working personnel;
• To be in constant contact with the management of the area where he performs cleaning work;
• Attending scheduled meetings, trainings and meetings;
• Giving daily information to the superior about the work done.

Working conditions:

• 5-day work schedule 09:00-18:00, lunch break 13:00-14:00.
• Salary will be determined based on candidate’s knowledge and skills.
